📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Public Service Agency, ensuring high-quality service delivery to the public.

• Oversee the operations of various public service departments, including health, education, and social services.
• Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to improve public service standards.
• Monitor and evaluate public service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Represent the agency at national and international forums to advocate for better public service practices.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing public service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public service management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing public service agencies.
• Strong understanding of government policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with government information systems and software, such as SIMPPG (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Publik dan Pengaduan).
• Certification in public management or a related field is a plus.
