📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate with managers to ensure effective communication and support for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.,Support the organization in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
