📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and goals.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong track record in managing supplier relationships and contracts.,Proven experience in cost analysis and negotiation.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
