Hotel Oka Computer is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate hotel operations to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.,Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.,Coordinate with department heads to resolve any operational issues or conflicts.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all operational procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
