📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations,Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods,Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and shipments,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse,Train and mentor junior staff members,Optimize warehouse space and processes to improve efficiency,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not required)
