📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Manage and develop the team, ensuring they are motivated and productive.

  • Manage the budget and financial planning.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
