📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily kitchen operations.,Oversee the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and maintained properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
