📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training sessions.,Manage training schedules and ensure all participants are prepared for the sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the HR team in the recruitment and selection process.,Maintain and update training records and databases.,Assist in the organization of learning and development events and workshops.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or HR role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and training software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
