In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and tracking candidate progress.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
