📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to the management team.

Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

Stay updated with industry trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
