📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to achieve branch targets and objectives.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy management.
  • Proven track record of successful branch management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
