📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Inspect construction sites daily to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and national construction regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and delays.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project deliverables are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor in high-profile projects.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Certification in Construction Safety and Health (CSH) or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
