📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and voice channels using tools like Zendesk and Twilio.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and support requests.
• Collaborate with the support team to improve customer service processes and procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising company.
• Proficient in using customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
