Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of stylists, receptionists, and support staff to achieve departmental goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage the salon's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in salon management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving departmental goals.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies for beauty services.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
