📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts daily according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all baked goods are fresh, properly portioned, and meet quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality products.
• Stay updated with new baking techniques and trends to improve our offerings.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of baking supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting.
• Proficient in using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including bread-making, pastry-making, and dessert preparation.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with baking software and tools such as MixMaster or Baker's Edge.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and ingredients.
