As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth for our logistics and delivery services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
