Max Gold Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth operational flow within our office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, guests, and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate department.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.,Handle front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest registration.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.,Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and office activities.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities to visitors and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
