Village Central Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and workshops,Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in a training or development role,Strong communication and presentation skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
