📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Manage budgets and ensure that the restaurant operates profitably.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the restaurant meets the needs of all stakeholders.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Experience in marketing and sales.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
