📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Inspect and maintain property equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Assist in the installation and repair of various fixtures and fittings.
• Carry out cleaning and hygiene tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Work with the maintenance team to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any maintenance-related queries or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or property maintenance industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as Workplace by Facebook or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
