📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment that reflects the brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
