• Manage and maintain the company's IT assets, including hardware, software, and system applications.
• Implement and monitor IT asset management solutions, such as ServiceNow, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve IT asset-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT assets, including hardware and software inventories, licensing information, and maintenance records.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on IT asset performance and usage metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and system applications.
• Familiarity with IT asset management solutions, such as ServiceNow, is a plus.
