📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and validation of body engineering processes using CATIA and NX.
• Support the creation and optimization of digital mock-ups (DMUs) for new vehicle models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process validations and provide technical support to the production floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Support the training and development of junior engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in body engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CATIA, NX, and DELMIA.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
