As a Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of all guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. You'll also be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and for coordinating with our Housekeeping Staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Use Night Auditor Software and Housekeeping Management System to streamline your tasks and enhance your efficiency.
• Manage and maintain our inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Ensure that all guest rooms are ready for the next day's check-in, and that all public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Report any issues or concerns to the relevant departments, and work with them to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that the hotel is a safe and secure environment for all guests.
• Provide exceptional guest service, and ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience during their stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with Night Auditor Software and Housekeeping Management System is a plus.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in Housekeeping Operations or Hospitality Management is a plus.
