As an Accounting & Tax Specialist at CV. Oscar Jaya Aluminium, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s financial health. You’ll work closely with the finance team to prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage payroll processing, and ensure accurate and timely tax filings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Manage payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and generating payslips.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare timely tax filings.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support the company’s financial planning.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to staff on financial matters and tax obligations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in Indonesian tax laws (e.g., Pajak Indonesia) is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
