📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain EDC machines for merchants in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with EDC machines, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to merchants on the use and maintenance of EDC machines.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of EDC machines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote and upsell EDC services to new and existing merchants.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the EDC industry and recommend improvements to enhance our services.
• Conduct regular site visits to merchants to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Document all technical activities and maintain a comprehensive record of EDC machine installations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an EDC Technician or similar role in the payment solutions industry.
• Proven track record of successful EDC machine installations and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting EDC machines.
• Knowledge of various EDC machine brands and models, including their features, benefits, and limitations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with merchants and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
