• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality teas, including specialty and rare varieties.
• Educate customers on the history, culture, and brewing techniques of different teas.
• Recommend the perfect tea based on customer preferences and occasion.
• Ensure the boutique is stocked with the latest and greatest tea selections.
• Assist in the organization and presentation of tea displays and events.
• Maintain a clean and inviting boutique environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the tea industry.
• Collaborate with the team to create a memorable and enjoyable tea experience for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the tea industry, preferably in a hospitality or retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of tea varieties, origins, and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with tea preparation tools and equipment, such as teapots, infusers, and grinders.
