📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand our microfinance portfolio in Bali.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the microfinance sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, including banks, cooperatives, and community leaders.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the sustainability and growth of microfinance initiatives.
• Provide training and support to field staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Report on business performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the microfinance industry and financial regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools such as SAP or QuickBooks is a plus.
