📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests arriving at the gallery, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Offer personalized tours and information about the art exhibitions, ensuring guests have a rich and engaging experience.
• Handle inquiries and provide assistance with reservations, ticketing, and event bookings.
• Collaborate with the art curators and event planners to organize and promote special exhibitions and events.
• Manage the gallery's social media channels, creating engaging content that highlights our art collections and events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that attract and retain visitors.
• Ensure the gallery's physical space is clean, organized, and welcoming, contributing to a positive guest experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Art History, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role within the hospitality or arts industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools such as Instagram, Facebook, and Canva.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
